Pure Essential Oil Peppermint
Fresh, minty, hot, herbaceous aroma with a vegetative back note. It is also used to help ease respiratory problems and improve focus and concentration.
Properties attributed to Peppermint plant essence:

- helps in clearing the respiratory tract
How to use it:
The recommended usage of our essential oils is mainly for aromatic use. Please DO NOT ingest, use for cooking or directly apply to the skin. We do not claim any medicinal benefit or cure. Always consult your physician if you have any health-related concerns.
Mix water with 5 drops of essential oil in an oil burner to diffuse and inhale the scent. Do not directly apply to the skin. If you intend to use topically, please mix with a carrier oil (e.g. Virgin Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil) before applying. Mix 10ml of carrier oil with a maximum of 5 drops of essential oil.
Essential Oils are generally not recommended for use with children under six years of age, use with caution and in greater dilution for children 6 years and older.
Pregnant women should take precautions when using essential oils as well. Most essential oils are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. There are also some essential oils that pregnant women should avoid.
Always do a patch test for skin allergies or irritation.
